Dear Honda Service Manager,

I love you.

I totally appreciated the fact that you took the time to go personally and locate the paperwork in the storage area. I know by the look that you gave me that you thought I was a little crazy because I remembered the exact date and time that I bought a battery for my car, even though I did not have my warranty paperwork with me. It was priceless that you were so amazed that I was correct and the other guys behind the counter gave me high fives!!

Cost of new battery still under warranty?

Zero dollars!!

That made my shitty day!
